Ryan Reynolds' wristwatch in the movie R.I.P.D. looks like an IWC watch, it has a steel case, black dial, two subdials, date window at 6 o'clock position and a black leather strap.

It could be an IWC Portuguese Automatic watch, modelnumber IW50010, but a better screenshot of the watch is necessary to confirm this.
